WHEN YOU’RE HOT, YOU’RE HOT: Dr. Luke has just racked up his 20th #1 single with Britney Spears’ latest Jive/JLG smash “Hold It Against Me,” written and produced with his frequent collaborator Max Martin. Mighty impressive stat. Brit’s latest concoction made chart-topping debuts in 19 countries, and in the States, the track broke the one-week sales record at the iTunes Store.
