WMG DERBY DOWN TO A DUO: Len Blavatnik's Access Industries along with Tom and Alec Gores' Platinum Equity and Gores Group are the two finalists in the WMG derby, each with bids of more than $3 billion. A buyer is expected to be chosen by the end of the week. Bertelsmann and KKR's BMG Rights Management dropped out when they were forced to pay a premium to insure against regulatory approval.
