Beatle George movie, book
LIVING IN THE MATERIAL WORLD: That’s the title of Martin Scorsese’s feature-length rock doc on George Harrison, who spent the first decade of his career in the Gallagher brothers’ favorite band (see next item). Coinciding with the release of the film in late September will be the publication of Olivia Harrison's book, also titled George Harrison: Living in the Material World (Abrams Books), assembled from her personal archive of photos, letters, diaries and memorabilia.
