WINNING EDGE: Kelly Clarkson’s 170k #2 debut last week represents the first notch in the gun of the Peter Edge-Tom Corson team at the new RCA. Next up is Daughtry on Nov. 21 (aka Mega Monday), with T-Pain hitting on Dec. 6. He’ll be riding a red-hot first single in “5 O’Clock” featuring Wiz Khalifa and Capitol PoMo diva Lily Allen, whose 2009 ballad “Who’d Have Known” is brilliantly sampled in the manner of Eminem’s use of Dido’s “Thank You” on his 2000 smash “Stan.” (11/7a)
