CMA Awards trounce X Factor

YEE-HAW! ABC celebrated after 16.3 million viewers tuned in to the 45th Annual Country Music Association Awards Wednesday night, as the show dominated prime time in all ratings categories, according to the N.Y. Times. The numbers were very similar to last year, when the telecast averaged 16.5 million viewers. In the face of the competition, The X Factor was down to an average of 10.1 million viewers.
