Feather Joins Impact in Boise

FEATHER WAIT IS OVER: If anybody can find a hot disco in Boise, ID, it’s our old pal Mark Feather, who returns to the programming wars, joining Impact Radio Group as PD for Adult Hits KSRV-FM (96.1 Bob-FM) and Rhythmic KWYD-FM (Wild 101). Feather spent time in the '90s as HITS etiquette editor, then was based in Washington, DC, for both Sirius XM and Westwood One before his current move. His resume includes programming stops in Kansas City, Bakersfield, Denver, Riverside and Albuquerque, among others. Said Marketing Manager Darrell Calton: “We are excited to welcome Mark Feather to oversee programming for these two stations. His winning track record in markets of all sizes and leadership skills will be a great fit with these two brands. And he promises to teach me the right wine to have with meat, fish and, especially, potatoes.” Congrats, big guy. (3/20p)
