Dylan Fest lineup

TWO JEWS’ BLUES: Steely Dan's Donald Fagen will play with the Cabin Down Below Band at the 10th annual Dylan Fest, set for tomorrow and Friday at N.Y.’s Irving Plaza. The talent lineup also includes Boz Scaggs, the Strokes' Fab Moretti, Guster’s Ryan Miller, Dawes’ Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith, the Whigs, Adam Green, Cory Chisel, Nicole Atkins, Justin Long and SNL’s Jason Sudeikis. "There are very few artists that wouldn't list Bob Dylan as a major influence," Chisel told rollingstone.com. "Time Out of Mind remains one of the single most important pieces of art in my life. The fests are the highlight of my year." The show will also feature a special tribute to the Levon Helm. A portion of the proceeds from the event, which is presented by WFUV, will benefit Amnesty International. (5/23a)
