Vaughn to new Clear Channel Top 40

VAUGHN HOT IN ATLANTA: Clear Channel has tapped veteran Rick Vaughn as PD of its new Top 40 station Power 96.1 and sister Rhythmic Top 40 WiLD 105.7 & 96.7 in Atlanta. Active rocker WKLS flipped formats to the new Power 96.1 last night, with the announcement made by Ryan Seacrest from the local Enrique Iglesias/Jennifer Lopez concert. Vaughn comes from Clear Channel Top 40 WKSC inChicago, where he had been since August 2008. (8/30p)
