IVY LEAGUE TO BIG LEAGUES: Buzzing newcomer Conner Youngblood, who’s signed to Rich Egan’s Hard 8 Management (a Nashville-based company in partnership with Jordan Feldstein’s Career Artist Management), will get his first prime-time exposure when his song “Australia” is featured in a three-minute scene on tomorrow night’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy.
