CAROLINA ON OUR MINDS: Trace Pinchak of Flint Energy Services in Milton, PA, has regained the lead at the annual Pinehurst Cup in North Carolina with a +9, causing the music biz duffers in the field to ask each other, who is this dude, and who invited him? Pinchak leads tournament co-hosts Rick Krim and Gus Gusler, tied for second with Chris Kuehn at +12, by three strokes heading into the final round. The leaderboard is rounded out byHarry Wahl at +15.
