Labrinth plaque photo op

“BENEATH”/ABOVE: Two days after presenting a plaque to legendary bluesman Buddy Guy, RCA’s three amigos teamed up to hand out another one, the latest recipient being the label’s rapidly rising star Labrinth. Said plaque celebrates a milestone in the life of the London-based singer/writer/producer’s smash single “Beneath Your Beautiful” (you know, the one on which he’s joined by Emeli Sandé) as it passes sales of 2 million units worldwide. Shown congratulating Labrinth and wondering who stole the missing “y” in his name are (l-r) stateside manager Marc Jordan of Rebel One, his U.K. counterpart Marc Williams of Milmark Music, Nipper President/COO Tom Corson, label CEO Peter Edge and EVP/GM of Pop Promotion Joe Riccitelli.
