PERFECT TIMING: Over the last few years, HITS’ New and Developing Artist special issues have featured a number of acts that have gone on to launch viable careers—Adele, hello? So which of the bands and artists who’ll be appearing in our Q4 New and Developing special, issue date 10/25, will rise to the top?
