YOUR TOP 15: As the Frozen DVD flies out of stores by the boatload—the latest projections have it finishing the week with an astounding 7-10 million—the soundtrack album is set to rule next week’s chart with a total that will likely exceed twice what it sold last week. In the modern chart era, the Frozen soundtrack is well on its way to setting a record for the most units gained by a soundtrack in the week of the film’s home video release, increasing by more than 100k. Previously, The Lion King and Twilight were leaders with increases of 50-55k.
