A STAR IS BORN: Don’t know about you, but we’ve never seen anything quite like the music video for Sia’s new single "Chandelier," which premiered this morning on Elvis Duran and the Z100 Morning Show, ElvisDuran.com and VEVO…although, come to think of it, there’s a touch of Blade Runner in the vibe. This unsettlingly provocative and eerily beautiful short film stars 11-year-old Maddie Zeigler of the Lifetime show Dance Moms, who performs a jaw-dropping dance routine through the course of the intense ballad. The video was directed by Sia and Daniel Askill and shot in at the old L.A. Herald Examiner building in downtown LA. "Chandelier" is the first song released from Sia's forthcoming sixth studio album, 1000 Forms of Fear, due out this summer on RCA. Btw, Sia recently launched her #siaselfie campaign, wherein anyone can go to www.siaselfie.com, upload a headshot and place it within Sia's blonde bob. (5/6a)
