DIGITAL DIAMONDS: Capitol's Katy Perry poses with label EVP/GM Greg Thompson and RIAA Chairman/CEO Cary Sherman to commemorate her newly attained status as the org's top certified digital artist. Eighteen of her songs are included in 72m cumulative Digital Single certifications, counting downloads and on-demand streams. Perry is the first artist to surpass the 70m digital award mark, leading her nearest competitor by about 20m.
