Kelly Clarkson’s Thankful (RCA) will likely settle 50% or so to just shy of 150k, and 50 Cent’s DVD/CD project The New Breed may drop to around 70k or 80k, while his Get Rich or Die Tryin’ will likely hang in, like Clarkson, at around 150k.

WEEK IN PREVIEW: MADONNA’S AMERICAN-MADE #1

Material World Puts Material Girl on Top Again
At this point, no one can say she’s even remotely like a chart virgin.

Yes, Madonna is poised to do it again. As the tallying continues, her new album, American Life (Warner Bros.) appears likely to come in at over 200k for the week, which will make it an easy #1 on this week’s Album Chart.

The "easy" part of that #1 will come courtesy of the post-Easter hangover affecting several titles over that last sales week: Kelly Clarkson’s Thankful (RCA) will likely settle 50% or so, to just shy of 150k; and 50 Cent’s DVD/CD project The New Breed may drop to around 70k or 80k, while his Get Rich or Die Tryin’ will likely hang in, like Clarkson, at around 150k.

Fleetwood Mac, Darryl Worley and Linkin Park, meanwhile, each appear headed for about 100k for the week.

In radioland, here’s how the tracks up for the most adds will likely break down at your favorite formats this week:

Top 40: It’s gonna be a big week for Sugar Ray’s "Mr. Bartender (It’s So Easy)" (Atlantic), Ashanti’s "Rock Wit U" (Murder Inc./IDJ) and The Ataris’ "In This Diary" (Columbia). T.A.T.U.’s "Not Gonna Get Us" (Interscope) should also see more action.

Crossover: It’s R. Kelly’s "Snake" (Jive) getting the "official" love this week, as is Kiley Dean’s "Make Me a Song" (Beat Club/Interscope). Aaliyah f/Tank’s "Come Over" (Blackground/Universal), Tamia’s "Officially Missing You" (Elektra) and Three 6 Mafia’s "Ridin’ Spinners" (Columbia) are bubbling under.

PoMo: Look for heavy action on Die Trying’s "Oxygen’s Gone" (El Tonal/Island/IDJ) and rumblings around the Caesars’ "Jerk It Out" (Astralwerks/EMC).
