Liquid, Virgin Take Advantage of New Grammy Ruling, Offer New Tracks
Just this year, the Recording Academy has cleared digitally downloadable tracks released in advance of a physical product for Grammy consideration.

The first label to take full advantage of that new ruling is Virgin, who, along with Liquid Audio, has made two new singles available for download (and thus also eligible for Grammy-osity).

The two new tracks are Lenny Kravitz’s "Dig In," from his forthcoming CD Lenny, and Mick Jagger’s "God Gave Me Everything," from his forthcoming and so far unnamed CD. The tracks are available commercially through the Liquid Music Network and are burnable and exportable.
