Big Loud Records charttopper Chris Lane and Grammy-nominated artist Tori Kelly brought their smash, “Take Back Home Girl,” to Fallon last night (4/2) for the duo's first performance together.

Coming off the gold-certified success of singles “Fix” and “For Her,” “Take Back Home Girl” marks the first single off Lane's forthcoming sophomore album, due out this summer. Penned by Hillary Lindsey, Josh Miller and David Garcia, the song has tallied 75m+ streams while climbing the Country radio chart, where it's currently Top 20. Check out the performance below.
