2/23/24

Fans of Red Bull Records’ billion-streaming rock outfit Beartooth converged on Los Angeles’ historic Wiltern on 2/22 for the band’s sold-out, high-octane show with all the trimmings. We can report, however, that prior to the band taking the stage, there appeared to be some sort of hostage situation deep in the bowels of the historic venue as innocent label execs and Beartooth frontman Caleb Shomo were subjected to the indignity of an industry tradeshot. Seen yearning for a quiet pre-show moment by the deli tray are (l-r) Red Bull Records’ Kenny “Tick” Salcido, Shomo, HITS’ correspondent-at-large Elizabeth Daubel and Red Bull Records’ Greg Hammer and Storme Whitby-Grubb.
