TRADE WARS: The battle between Nikki Finke and the Hollywood Reporter has just spilled over into the court room. Her Deadline.com parent, Penske Media Corporation, has filed suit against the trade’s owner Prometheus Global Media LLC (which also owns Billboard) in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, accusing the publication of “constantly monitor[ing] PMC’s websites for the sole purpose of copying and imitating [their] news stories and original content within minutes after online publication.” Without accreditation, of course.
