PULSE co-CEO Scott Cutler, who was instrumental in the deal, informed Dan that he could move as soon as the tableau created 47 more TikTok creations. In case you were unaware, Dan has written with Adele, Taylor Swift, Chris Stapleton, Jon Batiste, Weezer, Celine Dion, Nas, Panic! At the Disco, John Legend and Keith Urban, to name but a few; he’s also the frontman for the fabulous modern-rock trio Semisonic. He’s a contender for Song of the Year (for Batiste’s “Butterfly”) and Country Song (for Stapleton’s “White Horse”) at the 2024 Grammys.
