WHAM BAM THANK YOU MA'AM

Capitol's Tom March, HYBE and Team Quality Control have something to smile about after Lil Baby’s latest album, WHAM (QC/Motown), debuted at #1. The project bowed with nearly 145k, giving Coach K and Pierre "P" Thomas their first chart-topping album of 2025.

Doechii, meanwhile, sees her third album, Alligator Bites Never Heal (Capitol/TDE), re-enter the chart at #33, a huge jump from its #69 debut on 8/30. It's Grammy-nominated for Best Rap Album and home to Best Rap Performance contender "NISSAN ALTIMA." "Denial Is a River," for its part, is in the Top 50 at Spotify U.S. Its video accompaniment has amassed 7.8m+ views on YouTube and remains a top-trending video on the platform. Last month, Doechii, who's also recognized in the Best New Artist category, mounted a Tiny Desk concert, championed by TDE's Top Dawg, further demonstrating her star power.

Pictured below reveling in their success and secretly laughing at our lack thereof are (l-r) P, Baby and K. Top Dawg appears below them in the solo shot. Above is March wishing we'd just go away.
