BAD BUNNY LIFTS LATIN MUSIC BACK TO #1

Rimas' Bad Bunny hit #1 over the weekend on Spotify and Apple Music with the title track to DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, which became the first Latin song to top Spotify global in a year, since Xavi's #1 run in early 2024 with "La Diabla."

In its first full weekend DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS showed no signs of slowing down, dominating the Top 20 on Apple and Spotify U.S., with many cuts hitting new peaks on 1/11.

Bad Bunny joined Spotify in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on 1/10 to celebrate the release of the album at a party honoring the Puerto Rican culture that inspired it. More than 400 fans were on hand for a dominoes tournament, in partnership with the Dominó Federation of Puerto Rico, and multiple performances, including a surprise set by Bunny himself.

Puerto Rican fans will soon have the chance to see a lot more of the artist as part of his NO ME QUIERO IR DE AQUÍ (I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE HERE) residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico. The 21-show event, produced by Noah Assad Presents/Move Concerts, starts 7/11 and runs for seven weekends through 8/24. The first nine performances will be staged exclusively for local residents.

Chart-topping singer, actor and part-time WWE wrestler Bad Bunny will join Jimmy Fallon as co-host of NBC's The Tonight Show tonight (1/13).
