DOWNTOWN TEAMS WITH NETON VEGA VIA JOSA DEAL

Downtown Artist and Label Services has made another significant move in Musica Mexicana, inking an exclusive distro deal with Josa Records, home to rising star Netón Vega.

The deal covers Vega’s existing catalog, which includes “Si No Quieres No,” a duet with Luis R. Conriquez, which hit #1 in Mexico and scored on the U.S. singles chart, as well as his forthcoming debut album, with promised appearances by Conriquez (also a Downtown client), Peso Pluma and Tito Double P.

Vega has also amassed a considerable following at Spotify, with more than 19m monthly listeners and a total of 1b streams in 2024 alone.

Downtown president Ben Patterson said, “Signing Netón Vega and Josa Records is a landmark for Downtown. Netón's a generational talent as an artist and songwriter and Downtown Artist & Label Services is fully invested in providing Josa Records a global team to support his music and continue his path of chart domination.”
