A posthumous Juice WRLD single called "Empty Out Your Pockets" from the late rapper's final album, The Party Never Ends 2.0 (Grade A/Interscope), is Shazam's Biggest Mover this week. The track currently sits at #22 on the Spotify U.S. chart amid all of the holly jolly Christmas songs creeping into the fold. The album is expected to debut at #4 with roughly 93k units.
"tv off" by Kendrick Lamar, whose new GNX (pgLang/Interscope) will land at #2 in its second week, is also #2 on the Shazam chart. That's followed by "Light On" by Maggie Rogers, from her 2019 album, Heard It in a Past Life (Debay/Capitol). The song got the Netflix bump after it was featured in the Lindsay Lohan film Our Little Secret.
At #4 is "Carry You Home" by Alex Warren, from his You'll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1). The emotive yet lively cut was recently the soundtrack for a viral TikTok "first dance" challenge.
Finally, at #5, is an oldie but a goodie—Kylie Minogue's 2001 hit "Can't Get You Out of My Head." The Aussie singer was a featured performer at the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, where she did a live rendition of the song, leading to a boost in streams. Speaking of, it's time for our daily Boost shake for old people.
