MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE TO "PARADE" IN STADIUMS

My Chemical Romance had so much fun performing its beloved 2006 album, The Black Parade, in full at the recent When We Were Young Festival that it will reprise the concept on a stadium tour next year.

The 10-date, Live Nation-promoted trek will feature a different opening act each night, including Violent Femmes, 100 gecs, Wallows, Garbage, Alice Cooper, Pixies, Devo, IDLES and Evanescence.

Death Cab for Cutie and Thursday will both perform at the 8/9 show at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, which will serve as a homecoming for the members of My Chem. The tour will also visit such iconic spots as Dodger Stadium (7/26) and Soldier Field (8/29).

Fronted by Gerard Way, the group was inactive from 2012 to 2019 but played more than 60 shows in 2022.

HITS is already applying a thick dose of eyeliner for the occasion.
