KINGS OF LEON CAP BIG, FUN TOUR

Kings of Leon wrapped their Live Nation-promoted Can We Please Have Fun Tour last night (10/7) at Boston's MGM Music Hall after 40-plus worldwide shows in support of their Love Tap/Capitol Records album of the same name.

Prior to hitting such North American venues as Kia Forum in Los Angeles, New York’s Forest Hills Tennis Stadium and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena this summer, the WME-booked group knocked it out of the park internationally, highlighted by a 6/30 set at BST Hyde Park in London. A hotline for fans to make requests in specific cities was also a hit with fans, leading to the revival of several rare tunes.

Preparing to take a long winter's nap, possibly after a sip of KOL's ever-so-tasty Kiamichi whiskey, are longtime manager Andy Mendelsohn (Full Stop), group members Nathan, Matthew, Caleb and Jared Followill and Night After Night creative director Casey McGrath.
