NOVA FEST MEMORIAL HOSTING SPECIAL L.A. EVENT FOR SONGWRITERS, PRODUCERS, ARTISTS

The Moment the Music Stood Still, an immersive exhibit chronicling the Hamas terror attack on Israel’s Nova Music Festival last October, will host a special private event specifically for songwriters, producers and artists on 10/14 in Los Angeles; it will be hosted by Miles Beard, Aton Ben-Horin, Scooter Braun, Jody Gerson and Ben Maddahi.

A survivor of the incident, part of the largest assault on Jews since the Holocaust, is scheduled to speak. Nearly 400 festivalgoers were killed in the attack in Re’im, in southern Israel, just three miles from Gaza.

The Moment the Music Stood Still uses videos from the festival and artifacts from the scene, including bullet-ridden portable toilets, RPG-stricken cars and unclaimed belongings.

The exhibit’s U.S. partners, including Braun, teamed up with the founders of the festival to recreate an event that was brutally cut short by terrorists. Braun was Ariana Grande's manager in 2017 when a suicide bomber blew himself up and killed 22 people at her concert in Manchester, England.
