ANOTHER GRAMMY NOD FOR PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER?

Former President Jimmy Carter just celebrated his 100th birthday, and there's Grammy buzz building for Last Sundays in Plains: A Centennial Celebration, which could be a contender for Best Audio Book, Narration and Storytelling Recording.

Carter is a three-time prior winner in the category. The new project blends the final Sunday School lessons he gave at Maranatha Baptist Church in his hometown of Plains, Georgia, with recordings by Jon Batiste, LeAnn Rimes and Darius Rucker, among others.

Last Sundays was produced by Steve Schnur, Doug Davis, Kabir Sehgal and the former president's grandson, Jason Carter. Schnur and Davis are multiple Grammy winners themselves.

HITS recommends giving the album a spin while enjoying a handful of peanuts. Maybe that will help us live to 100 too?
