Blossoms are heading for their fourth U.K. Official Albums #1 with Gary (ODD SK Recordings), while over on the singles midweek chart, labelmates Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter are battling it out for the top spot.

Roan is also a close second to Blossoms on the albums tally, with only 2k in chart units separating The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess (Island) and Gary.

Tom Walker’s second set, I Am (Relentless), is at #3, while Katy Perry starts at #4 with 143 (EMI). Jamie xx could claim his second Top 10 solo album, with In Waves (Young) at #6. West Yorkshire band Terrorvision is on track for its highest-charting record yet with We Are Not Robots (Total Vegas Recordings). Future’s Mixtape Pluto (Epic) is at #9, and Manchester post-punk outfit Ist Ist start at #10 with Light a Bigger Fire (Kind Violence Records).

On the U.K.’s Official Singles midweeks, Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!” is less than 2k in chart sales away from overtaking Carpenter’s “Taste” (Island) to land at #1. Roan’s “Red Wine Supernova,” meanwhile, is set to re-enter the chart at its highest position of #20 following the culmination of the U.K. and Irish leg of her Midwest Princess Tour.
