DISNEY, DIRECTV RESOLVE BLACKOUT IN TIME FOR EMMYS

DIRECTV has immediately reinstalled Disney's family of channels, including ESPN and ABC, to their customers following a 13-day blackout. The resolution arrives just in time for college football fans and ahead of Sunday's Emmy telecast on ABC.

The dispute led to very unhappy DIRECTV sports fans, who missed out on USC-LSU's primetime Sunday matchup on 9/1 and ESPN's first Monday Night Football game of the NFL season on 9/9.

We're just thankful we don't have to rip fuzzy episodes of Grey's Anatomy anymore.
