USHER's Past Present Future Tour, the Laffitte Management Group-repped artist's first global trek in eight years, started with a bang on 8/20 via two sold-out shows at Washington D.C.'s Capital One Arena. His two-hour set, which spanned his decades-long career, included live renditions of "U Make Me," "My Way" and "U Remind Me," among dozens of others.
In addition to the hits, USHER performed new music from his ninth album, COMING HOME (mega/gamma.), before closing the night with a "Yeah!," his explosive 2004 collab with Lil Jon and Ludacris.
The Live Nation-supported tour continues on Friday (8/23) in Baltimore and wraps up on 12/12 at Atlanta's State Farm Arena. The international leg of the run commences in London in March. A full list of dates is available here. Check out the photos below as we're reminded just how unphotogenic we are.
