VMAs MOVE TO 9/11, TAP NOMINEES ROAN, CARPENTER TO PERFORM

MTV's Video Music Awards will move back one day to 9/11 due to a Presidential debate landing on 9/10. The first group of performers announced includes Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Rauw Alejandro, GloRilla and Camila Cabello, all of whom are nominated for moon-persons.

Taylor Swift leads the nominations with 10.

The VMAs will once again be held at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, and broadcast live at 8pm ET.

The show’s executive producers are Bruce Gillmer and Den of Thieves' Jesse Ignjatovic, with Barb Bialkowski serving as co-executive producer.

Vice President Kamala Harris will debate former President Trump on 9/10.
