SPOTIFY SALUTES BLACKPINK WITH PLAYLIST CAMPAIGN

Spotify is painting the world BLACKPINK this week with a seven-day, seven-playlist salute to the K-pop queens' eighth anniversary.

The streaming giant launched its #8YearsWithBLACKPINK promotion today (8/1) with the playlist "This Is BLACKPINK," which will roll over daily at 11 AM SGT.

Select fans who visit the playlists will be provided with a digital sharecard depending on their BLACKPINK streaming habits, allowing them to see and share the degree of their fandom. Stan and deliver!

BLACKPINK has tallied more than 13b streams in its career, with average year-over-year growth of more than 110%.

#8YearsWithBLACKPINK comes on the heels of group member Lisa's latest solo single, "Rockstar" (LLOUD/RCA). She has the most Instagram followers of any K-pop artist (104m) and set a record with the launch of her TikTok account, earning 1m followers in just over two hours.
