Amazon Music will bring listeners deeper insight into the songwriting process of today's top stars with Songline, a docuseries premiering today (7/29) with an episode devoted to Billie Eilish and FINNEAS.
For the premiere, the Grammy-winning siblings rework four songs from Eilish's HIT ME HARD AND SOFT, wrapping the compositions in strings and rich choral arrangements. Between songs, the duo delves into their creative process and explains in detail how they put their work together.
"Songline offers an opportunity for artist songwriters and their collaborators to showcase their songwriting process and reveal the stories behind songs typically hidden away in studios," said Amazon Music Head of Publisher, Songwriter and Society Relations Tom Winkler. "Fans can learn how their favorite records were made, driving deeper connection with their favorite artists.”
Go here to check it out; you'll need to log into your Amazon account beforehand.
Further installments of Songline will roll out in the coming months. Our Amazon Prime delivery of bulk acai and Marlboro Reds will hopefully arrive beforehand.
