Hitmaker Distribution has joined forces with Campsouth Records, the independent label founded by producer Hitkidd, nominated for the 2023 Best Rap Performance Grammy for his and GloRilla's "F.N.F. (Let's Go)."
Established and led by Tony Bucher, Hitmaker has orchestrated 300 charting songs, including the distribution and marketing launch of YG Marley’s single “Praise Jah in the Moonlight" earlier this year.
“I’m excited to bring Hitkidd and his Campsouth imprint to Hitmaker,” Bucher said. “We have so much history, from going #1 with ‘F.N.F.’ to [Gloss Up, Hitkidd and K Carbon’s] ’Shabooya’ to the Grammy nomination. He and [Campsouth’s] Kadeem [Phillips] are geniuses creatively and I can’t wait to see what they do once they're inside the best indie distribution platform.”
We hear that despite the name of this rag, they still want nothing to do with us.
