"RUEL" LOVE: GIANT INKS AUSTRALIAN STREAMING STAR

Nate Albert's first signing as Giant Music president is Australian singer-songwriter RUEL, whose first single for the label, "Kiss Me," arrives 6/27. The song follows last year's debut album, 4TH WALL.

RUEL emerged in 2017 at the age of 14 on producer M-Phazes' Golden Years. The London-born, Sydney-based artist, whose real name is Ruel Van Dijk, has since dropped three EPs, earned five ARIA platinum certifications and accumulated more than 3b streams, all while being hailed by Elton John and touring partners Khalid and Shawn Mendes. He has also collaborated with Omar Apollo, SG Lewis, Denzel Curry and Holly Humberstone.

RUEL will make his first appearance at Lollapalooza in Chicago in early August.

“Ruel is truly a singular talent, and we are thrilled to be part of his next chapter," said Albert between bites of pastrami on rye. Added RUEL, “I'm feeling so inspired and energized to be working with the amazing team at Giant Music. This next project is going to be something special."

Founded in 2022 by The Azoff Company, Giant has enjoyed success with such artists as Mike WiLL Made-It f/Lil Uzi Vert, Cash Cobain, FendiDa Rappa and That Chick Angel.
