BRAVADO BEEFS UP LEADERSHIP UNDER YOUNG, ASHTON

Universal Music Group's merchandise and brand-management company, Bravado, has restructured its leadership with a series of promotions and new hires.

Bravado has hired Colin McIntosh as Chief Financial Officer and promoted Ashley Fogerty to oversee Business Affairs; Bill Ashton to SVP of Commerce; Brian Schechter to Head of Brand Management; Keith Taperell as Head of Licensing; and Stacie Swanson to the newly created role of VP, Artist Strategy.

In addition, Alyssa Tobias has been upped to SVP, Head of Creative Services. She and the aforementioned execs join Bravado U.K. Managing Director David Boyne and SVP U.K. A&R, Brand Management & Label Liaison Rachel Redfearn in reporting to president Matt Young.

Meanwhile, newly promoted VP of U.S. Retail Briana Farrell and Taperell will report to Ashton.

“Over the past couple of years, we have worked to create an organization that better serves the needs of our global roster. Helping artists connect with fans around the world will always be our driving force, and I'm excited to announce this new leadership, who will ensure that artists’ visions are brought to life," said Young.
