Billie Eilish will see the biggest debut of her career with HIT ME HARD AND SOFT (Darkroom/Interscope), which is projected to move more than 329k units in its opening week.
The 10-track set includes the single "LUNCH," the #1 most added song in the U.S. with over 250 radio stations and more than 20m in audience reach across multiple formats. The video, directed by Eilish, was the biggest debut for a solo song on YouTube this year.
The album was written by Eilish and her brother, FINNEAS, who produced it as well. Her previous effort, 2021's Happier Than Ever, opened with roughly 238k while her 2019 debut, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, moved 313k in its first week. To commemorate the momentous occasion, we've decided to share this sweet graphic. You're welcome.
