CONCORD BOWS OUT OF HIPGNOSIS BIDDING

Concord has filed notice that it is withdrawing from the bidding for Hipgnosis Songs Fund. The ball was in Concord's court after Blackstone responded to its latest $1.51b bid ($1.25 per share) with a $1.57b ($1.30 per share) counteroffer on 4/29, but the former has made it clear that no further offer will be forthcoming. It looks like a clear path for Blackstone. Stay tuned.
