The two sets—via Freebandz/Boominati/Epic/Republic—have represented the most vigorous commercial showing for hip-hop in recent memory. Meanwhile, cuts such as “Like That” and “Type Shit” continue to rack up sizable stream counts. Future and Metro have a lot to celebrate, but they continue to cultivate a healthy distrust of us.
