WELL WISHERS: KACEY AT THE RYMAN

Kacey Musgraves celebrated the release of her latest Interscope/MCA Nashville album, Deeper Well, with a special 3/15 concert at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, during which she performed the project in its entirety for the first time. Pictured backstage at the Ryman before hoping there's some whitefish left on the deli tray are (l-r) manager Jason Owen of Sandbox Entertainment, ICLG's Steve Berman and John Janick, Musgraves, ICLG's Michelle An, Nick Miller and Jennifer Bowling, UMG Nashville's Cindy Mabe, ICLG's Brittnie Grajeda and Gary Kelly, UMG Nashville's Chelsea Blythe and Sandbox Entertainment's Jake Basden.

As an encore, Musgraves welcomed Noah Kahan for their maiden live duet of "She Calls Me Back," released last October and later added to Kahan's smash-hit Mercury/Republic album, Stick Season. Kacey also greeted fans the following day at beloved Nashville record store Grimey's, where she autographed more than 1,300 pieces of vinyl for fans.

She will support Deeper Well on an extensive AEG-promoted tour beginning 4/28 in Dublin. The album is poised for first-week sales of 75-85k, which could top the 77k posted by her previous release, Star-Crossed, in September 2021.
