Bon Jovi is celebrating 40 years as a band with a new album, Forever, due 6/7 on Island Records. A video for lead single "Legendary," which references Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline," is out now. It's best enjoyed after a long, hard day on the docks.
Says frontman and recent MusiCares Person of the Year Jon Bon Jovi of the 12-track project, "this record is a return to joy. From the writing, through the recording process, this is turn-up-the-volume, feel good Bon Jovi." Somewhere, Gina at the diner is smiling.
Click here to pre-order Forever in its various formats. And if you happen to be in Austin, Texas, today (3/14), swing by the Paramount Theatre for the in-person premiere of the four-part career-spanning documentary project, Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story, directed by Gotham Chopra. The series will premiere 4/26 on Hulu.
Bon Jovi has yet to announce any touring in support of Forever, but JBJ himself can be seen 4/11 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles as part of the massive Jimmy Buffett tribute Keep the Party Going alongside Paul McCartney, The Eagles and many more.
