TAG, THEY'RE IT! SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

TikTok, African streamers and Drake are responsible for three songs flying up the Shazam USA Top 100, where the Biggest Movers list also includes a soul classic from 1965.

Masego & FKJ’s 2018 track “Tadow” (EQT) has gained traction since being used by TikTokkers seduced by the ballad’s gentle dreaminess. A new dance single from South Africa’s TitoM & Yuppe, “Tshwala Bam,” has been making its way up DSP charts in Africa, most prominently in Nigeria, while a promised Drake remix has delivered the goods for 4batz’s “act III: on god (she like).”

And on the heels of his 84th birthday, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles’ “Ooo Baby Baby” (Motown) flies up the Shazam USA Top 100.

Last year’s Eurovision winner, Loreen’s “Tattoo,” is the biggest mover this week in the U.K.
