Dune: Part Two posted the biggest opening weekend of the year at the domestic box office, raking in $81.5m. The Warner Bros./Legendary Entertainment sequel grossed more than $178m worldwide.

Dune: Part Two is expected to continue selling as the film has been especially popular at IMAX and other large screen theaters that charge premium prices.
