MEET MICHAEL: MARCAGI PLOTS SPRING TOUR

Buzzy Warner singer-songwriter Michael Marcagi is hitting the road this spring for a North American headlining tour, beginning 5/13 in Denver.

The Cincinnati native is racking up big numbers for his viral cut "Scared To Start," which has garnered more than 40 million Spotify streams and 110 million TikTok views since its January release.

The track has earned quick exposure on Spotify's Hot Hits USA (where it's currently in the Top 30), Fresh & Chill and Pop Rising playlists. It's the opening song on Marcagi's debut EP, American Romance, which arrived 2/9 and also includes the heavily streamed "The Other Side."

Highlights of Marcagi's tour itinerary include the Troubadour in Los Angeles (5/21), the Bowery Ballroom in New York (6/12) and the Foundry at the Fillmore in Philadelphia (6/13). Beforehand, he will open seven March shows for The Moss. Click here for full tour details.

Beyond his budding solo career, Marcagi is the frontman of Midwestern rock band the Heavy Hours. He's repped by Alex Brahl.
