REBA, POST & ANDRA SPRINKLE STARS AND STRIPES ON SUPER BOWL LVIII

It was red, white and Reba during Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday (2/11). But before the country icon took the field, Andra Day sang a stirring rendition of "Lift Every Voice and Sing," aka "the Black national anthem." Supported by six backup singers draped in black, Day sailed through the song with soul.

Post Malone was then introduced for an acoustic performance of "America The Beautiful" (between shots of Taylor Swift, of course). With his signature face tattoos and silver grillz, the Republic artist sang with conviction, setting the tone for Reba.

Continuing the Stars and Stripes theme, McEntire delivered a country-flavored version of the national anthem, which brought the roughly 65k people in the stands to their feet and some of the Kansas City Chiefs to tears.

The Chiefs are playing the San Francisco 49ers in hopes of winning the coveted Vince Lombardi Trophy. We, meanwhile, are working on this cheese dip.
