The Wasserman Music team was in fine spirits 2/7 after taking home Booking Agency of the Year at the Pollstar Awards, and despite some grumbling, they agreed to share the above photo with us if we promised to leave them alone for the rest of the night.
The honor comes after an eventful 2023 for Wasserman clients, 20 of whom appeared on Pollstar's list of the year's top tours. Among them: veterans like Coldplay, Phish, Dave Matthews Band and Kenny Chesney, such resurgent early 2000s acts as The Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie and fast-rising younger stars like Noah Kahan, Tyler Childers and Lewis Capaldi.
The company's roster also won 24 awards at the recent Grammys, including Song of the Year for Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell, Best Folk Album for Joni Mitchell and Best Dance/Electronic Album for Fred again..
Pictured (standing, l-r) are Wasserman's Marty Diamond, Chappel McCollister, Ash Mowry, Mallory Smith, Fred Zahedinia, Larry Webman, Duffy McSwiggin, Lee Anderson, Brent Smith and Lauren Marker and (kneeling) Sam Hunt and Jackie Nalpant.
