FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

Green Day heads straight to #1 at iTunes this Flipover Friday with Saviors (Reprise), its 14th album. The set leads a pack of eight new arrivals in the Top 10.

The new set from the Crush-managed trio arrives along with a video for the new track “Bobby Sox” and the news that the trio will be playing their classics Dookie and American Idiot in their entirety during their summer stadium tour. The album is also Top 50 at Apple Music.

At #2 is Lil Dicky’s Penith (The DAVE Soundtrack) (Commission/BMG) followed by Jeremy Renner’s Love and Titanium (Record Street), a collection of songs about his recovery from snow-plowing accident, at #3.

Nikko Moon’s Better Days (Happy Cowboy) rises at #4 and a self-titled set from Welsh pop-punkers Neck Deep (TB/Hopeless) surfaces at #5.

The 11th album from Sleater-Kinney, Little Rope (Loma Vista) ties up at #7; Plush’s Find the Beautiful – EP (Pavement) nabs #8; and Saxon’s Hell, Fire and Damnation (Silver Lining) burns up #9.

Eladio Carrión’s Sol Maria (Rimas) is the top new arrival at Apple Music where it is #8.

At iTunes, Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” (Night Street/Warner) opens at #1; David Kushner’s “Skin and Bones” (Miserable Music) at #11.
