21 Savage will drop american dream Friday (1/12). It's his first solo LP since 2018's i am > i was.

21 Savage has shared a trailer for the American Dream: The 21 Savage Story, a parody that serves as hype for the album. The clip includes a healthy snippet of new music from the Grammy-nominated rapper as well as appearances by Donald Glover, Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Natasha Lyonne, Jabari Banks (Bel-Air), Victoria Pedretti (The Haunting of Hill House) Young Mazino (Beef), Chad Lindberg (Fast & Furious), Gail Bean (Snowfall) and comedian Druski, among others.

Directed by Donald Glover, Stephen Glover, Jamal Olori and Fam Udeorji, the trailer begins with a dramatization of 21 Savage's 2019 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrest before diving into the London native's journey from high school hooligan to chart-topping artist. The clip concludes with his subsequent victory in court, a Grammy, getting knighted and a conversation about how he ended up with the 21 Savage moniker.
